Service Agreement – 90-Day Exam Accelerator

Dear Accelerator Student, 

By purchasing and enrolling in the 90-Day Exam Accelerator — Cohort 1, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms.

Program Structure and Access

• This Accelerator is delivered through drip-released content and scheduled live sessions.

• Prior to the first live session, you will receive access to structured study materials, including but not limited to:

  • Welcome to the 90-Day Exam Accelerator

  • Your CISSP Toolkit (How to Use AIO, Sybex, Course, Practice Qs & Manager Book)

  • The Reading & Writing Rule of the Cohort

  • Accelerator Orbital Drop: High Impact, Low Intensity Notes!

• Live sessions occur after this initial content access period and are a core component of the cohort experience.

Refund Policy

• Refund requests are permitted only if submitted before the first live session begins.

• Once the first live session has started, no refunds will be issued, regardless of attendance, participation level, or completion status.

• Access to pre-live-session materials does not void refund eligibility, provided the refund request is submitted before the first live session starts.

• Refund requests must be submitted promptly and in writing via email.

• Timely refund requests allow another qualified student to take your place and begin the cohort from the first live session. Delayed requests may limit this possibility.

Commitment and Participation

• The Accelerator is not a fixed-day, fixed-hour class in the traditional sense. It’s structured as a guided 90-day program where the core work happens on your schedule, supported by regular instructor-led sessions twice a month, so around once every two weeks with me.

  Here’s how it works:

  • Self-paced study during the week
    You’ll be reading, re-reading, and working through assigned material on your own time. This is where most of the work happens, and it’s designed to fit around a full-time job.  The first month you are trying to just get through one of the pre-requisite books.  While doing this, you will receive scheduled content released every few week of the cohort.  

  • Live Zoom sessions (2 per month)
    We meet live roughly every two weeks. These sessions are instructor-led and focused on clarification, interpretation, and course correction, I won't be lecturing through slides.
    Session times are scheduled in advance and recorded for those who cannot attend live.

  • Ongoing guidance between sessions
    I stay engaged with the cohort throughout the program through a Telegram group, reviewing where people are getting stuck and adjusting guidance as needed. This is where the value of a small cohort comes in.

  • Because this is a 90-day cohort, I’m not live with you every day. The structure is designed so you can do the heavy lifting independently during the week, then use live sessions and ongoing guidance to correct course and deepen understanding. This keeps the program realistic, sustainable, and effective for working professionals.  

  So instead of “X days per week at Y time,” the structure is:

  • Consistent weekly study on your own schedule

  • Regular live check-ins for direction and alignment

  • A fixed 90-day timeline so momentum doesn’t drift

  This format is deliberate—it reflects how working professionals actually need to prepare for CISSP.

  For Month 1, when you’re working through a ~1,000-page CISSP book, most students should plan for 2.5–3.5 hours per day, about 6 days per week. The goal is not mastery on the first pass, but coverage and orientation. The deeper understanding comes during the re-reads in Months 2 and 3.  

  If that structure aligns with how you study best, you’ll be a good fit for the cohort.

Account Access and Use

• Access credentials are personal and non-transferable.

• Sharing login information or course materials is strictly prohibited.

• Course content is protected intellectual property. Unauthorized sharing, distribution, or reproduction may violate applicable copyright and intellectual-property laws.

• In cases of confirmed misuse, access may be revoked without refund, and further action may be taken where appropriate under applicable law.
