Service Agreement – 90-Day Exam Accelerator

By purchasing and enrolling in the 90-Day Exam Accelerator — Cohort 1, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms.

Program Structure and Access

• This Accelerator is delivered through drip-released content and scheduled live sessions.

• Prior to the first live session, you will receive access to structured study materials, including but not limited to:

  • Week 5 (Days 31–37): How to Perform a Domain Re-Read

  • Week 5 (Days 31–37): The Cross-Domain Correlation Technique

  • Accelerator Orbital Drops (including Domain Notes)

  • Second Pass Priority Topics for Domains 1 and 2

• Live sessions occur after this initial content access period and are a core component of the cohort experience.

Refund Policy

• Refund requests are permitted only if submitted before the first live session begins.

• Once the first live session has started, no refunds will be issued, regardless of attendance, participation level, or completion status.

• Access to pre-live-session materials does not void refund eligibility, provided the refund request is submitted before the first live session starts.

• Refund requests must be submitted promptly and in writing via email.

• Timely refund requests allow another qualified student to take your place and begin the cohort from the first live session. Delayed requests may limit this possibility.

Commitment and Participation

• This Accelerator is designed for participants willing to commit time, effort, and attention over a 90-day period.

• You are responsible for managing your schedule, completing assigned work, and engaging with the material as released.

• Lack of preparation, participation, or schedule conflicts does not constitute grounds for a refund.

Account Access and Use

• Access credentials are personal and non-transferable.

• Sharing login information or course materials is strictly prohibited.

• Course content is protected intellectual property. Unauthorized sharing, distribution, or reproduction may violate applicable copyright and intellectual-property laws.

• In cases of confirmed misuse, access may be revoked without refund, and further action may be taken where appropriate under applicable law.
