Terms and Conditions

Please read these terms and conditions carefully before subscribing to one of our Services. You should understand that by subscribing to one of our Services, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.  These are an agreement between Study Notes and Theory (“Study Notes and Theory”, “us”, “we”, “our”) and you (“User”, “you”, “your”).

Study Notes and Theory - A CISSP Study Guide has three subscription-based pricing plans.  The monthly, 3-month, and 6-month subscription plans consist of an initial charge and then followed by recurring period charges as agreed to by you. By entering into this agreement, you acknowledge that your monthly, 3-month, and 6-month subscription plan has an initial and recurring payment feature and you accept responsibility for all recurring charges prior to cancellation.

The 1-year plan will allow access for 365 days from the date of purchase and will not be renewed automatically.  Access will be terminated after 1 year from purchase date.

Study Notes and Theory - A CCSP Study Guide has one subscription-based pricing plans.  The monthly subscription plan consists of an initial charge and then followed by recurring period charges as agreed to by you. By entering into this agreement, you acknowledge that your monthly subscription plan has an initial and recurring payment feature and you accept responsibility for all recurring charges prior to cancellation.

The 1-year plan will allow access for 365 days from the date of purchase and will not be renewed automatically.  Access will be terminated after 1 year from purchase date.

The SONIC Project is a one-time payment.  You will have access for 180 days after which access is terminated. By entering into this agreement, you acknowledge that your access will last as long as the predefined amount for the advertised one-time payment price.

By placing an order through our site, you warrant that: you are legally capable of entering into binding contracts, you are at least 18 years old, you are resident in your country of payment (please notify our Support team if someone else has made a payment for you), you are accessing our website from that country.

Study Notes and Theory may submit periodic charges (e.g., monthly and every 3-months) without further authorization from you, until you provide prior notice that you have terminated this authorization or wish to change your payment method.  To terminate your authorization or change your payment method, log into your Dashboard and manage your automatic subscription payment to us under “Settings” and “Billing Info”. 

By subscribing to our services, you are agreeing to pay recurring periodic subscriptions for an indefinite time until cancelled by you, on the subscription terms set out in the application form you have completed. You can cancel your subscription at any time. You will not be charged for any cancellation. You can re-subscribe at any time following your cancellation, but we reserve the right not to permit re-subscription where we have previously elected to terminate a subscription by you.  Customers cancelling after their payment has been taken will receive the following month or 3 months access as their last period of access.

We reserve the right at our absolute discretion not to renew your subscription at any time without giving any reasons for our decision.

The price of the subscription will be as quoted on our site from time to time, except in cases of obvious error.  Payment for all services is processed via PayPal or Stripe. 

Refund Policy

If you are not completely satisfied with the content of the Study Notes and Theory - A CISSP Study Guide or Study Notes and Theory - A CCSP Study Guide , please let me know within 48 hours and a refund will be provided.  All refunds will be subject to the processing fee incurred by Study Notes and Theory as set forth by Stripe.  It is your responsibility to utilize the course and refunds will not be issued based on course usage or lack thereof.

If you are not completely satisfied with the content of The SONIC Project, please let me know within 7 days and a refund will be provided.  All refunds will be subject to the processing fee incurred by the SONIC Project as set forth by Stripe.
